About Us

FND Together is a registered charity in Canada, operated by FND patients and their loved ones. We are volunteers. Our goal is to support individuals diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). FND Together provides a platform for individuals affected by FND to join together in support of one another as peers. We exist to help people living with FND experience better recognition and support, improved health and social services, and we strive to provide a strong common voice on behalf of people affected by FND. Our focus is to help patients with FND and to create a network of services with other organizations and institutions in Canada and beyond our borders.

Improve access to information, treatment, care, and support for people living with FND.

Mutual Support

Enhance the capacities of individuals suffering with FND through exchange, networking, joint actions and mutual support.

Advocate

Raise public FND awareness and, also that of institutions. Advocate for FND patients.

Contribute

Contribute to FND scientific research projects in search for a cure.
